Here’s why: Atlanta homes with gorgeous curb appeal sell for an average of 7% more than similar houses with a “blah” exterior. If there are lots of homes on the market, that percentage DOUBLES to 14%.⁣

Even in an intense seller’s market like Atlanta is currently experiencing, it’s extremely important to put in some time and energy preparing your home for sale. Most buyers decide in SECONDS if they are interested in your home, and this can color the entire showing. How do they decide in those quick few seconds? Curb appeal!

Today’s buyers are still discerning. Many want a home they can just move right into, without doing any work, and especially yard work.
