Behind the scenes: how I make the Atlanta home buying process easy

Buying a home is easy when you have a realtor who knows how to break it down into bite-sized steps... that's me!⁣

I know many buyers that are scared to jump into searching for their dream home because of how competitive the market is in Atlanta in 2022. But let me put your mind at ease. Because the reality is, folks are still buying houses every day, and with the right knowledge, preparation and tools, you can for sure be one of them.

⁣Here's a behind-the-scenes peek of how I simplify the process for my first-class Atlanta clients.⁣

  • I provide step-by-step checklists tailored to their situation with clear, actionable steps that we work through together.⁣ These help my buyers stay organized, know where we are in the process, and prepare for what’s next.

  • I help them find a lender with a high level of service, who will guide them through their finances and help them prepare to make a very competitive offer. (this is key! - please ask anytime if you are looking for a lender, I have excellent folks I work with every day.)

  • If their wish list is a little foggy, we dig deep together so they can gain clarity about their must-haves and their deal breakers.⁣ Sometimes we’ll do an exploratory Atlanta home tour to look at homes in their price range, which will help them really drill down on the wants versus needs.

  • Good communication is key! I check in with weekly status updates and to make sure we're on the same page.⁣

  • I make myself easily accessible by phone, text, or in-person. My clients are always top-of-mind!⁣

Because the reality is, folks are still buying houses every day, and with the right knowledge, preparation and tools, you can for sure be one of them.
