Real Estate Investing: What is the Brrrr method?

🧐 Ever heard of the BRRRR method? It stands for: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.

The main idea of this investment strategy is a lot like a flip but instead of selling the property, it gets rented out.

This allows investors to build a portfolio in a shorter period of time. I’ve done 2 “BRRRR” deals myself, with success!

Here's the step-by-step...

🏠 1. Purchase a distressed property in Atlanta (ie: one that needs lots of love)

🔨 2. Renovate and make repairs

🤝 3. Find amazing renters

💰 4. Do a "cash-out" refinance, which allows for some or all the funds from the renovation to pulled out of the home

🔁 5. Repeat! With cash on hand from the refinance, it's possible to do it again with an additional Atlanta property

This allows investors to build a portfolio in a shorter period of time. I've done 2 "BRRRR" deals myself, with success!

👉 As with most things, there are a few details to be cautious of. If you're curious to learn more about those...  I'd love to help, reach anytime to chat!
