Below are my top 3 to-dos for soon-to-be buyers:⁣

Get pre-approved so you can determine your price range.⁣
This is key. This way when you are browsing homes online, you aren’t already falling in love with Atlanta properties that might be out of your budget. Getting pre-approved is generally quick and painless. All it takes is a short conversation with a lender, and from there they will let you know what amount they are willing to lend.
